Yesterday
President Obama picked UN Ambassador Susan Rice to succeed Tom Donilon as his
National Security Adviser. I’m sure you remember Susan Rice from November when
she went on the Sunday Morning Talk Shows and repeated the talking points she
was given on the Benghazi attack. That was nothing new. That was something
almost everyone in Washington does. Rather than going after the person or
people that issued the talking points the Republican Party went after Susan
Rice.
These guys
can’t seem to get over the election. It is as if getting beat by a black man
hurt their soul. They just can’t get past the color of his skin. The HATE that
the Republicans have for President Obama is much stronger than the love they
pretend to have for this country. You see them on TV and you can tell by the
expressions on their faces that they are angry about almost everything
President Obama does.
The
Republicans knew Susan Rice had done nothing wrong when she did what she was
told after the Benghazi attack. They wanted to stop her rise in the political
world and to hurt The President. They know Susan Rice did what she was told to
do and that was her job. She said some things that were not true but it was
early in the investigation. There were lots of things the Republicans said that
were not true after 9/11 and leading up to the Bush wars. You know what they
are and don’t need me to list them again.
I’m happy
President Obama picked Susan Rice for this position. With this selection The
President is saying to the Republicans “Block this, Bitches.”

ReplyDeleteIt is over. There is nothing they can do until the next election except obstruct him and him trying to do something about the problems in our country.
One of the reasons is yes, he is BLACK. He will still be black when he retires. They can't take that away from him.
They don't seem to understand that fact that the more they get in the way the more they chase people away from their party.
They are running scared because of who our next President is going to be so they just want to toss all the mud in the way they can but all that is doing is making things cloudy for them.
The good ole days of ok, that person won, lots try to get things done now are gone. It is all about the party. It is not just those elected, they are nothing more than mirror images of those that voted for them. It now is the way that Americans are. If it is no their way, it is no way.
Hopefully someday people will wake up before our great country is totally in the toilet.
I agree with you. They refuse to work together and that seems to be what their supporters want. They don't care about what is happening to the country, just fight the President. It is no longer about doing what is best for the country, it is all about making the other party look bad. I want to believe people will wake up but it's hard to do.
